Since we, as first-time cruisers, had spontaneously decided to travel on an A-rosa ship, we were excited to see whether everything would work out and whether all the documents would reach us on time. The cruise lounge team answered our questions quickly and in an extremely friendly manner and put us in touch with the shipping company. Unfortunately, it has become rare to enjoy such attentive service.
